HISTORY OF SHAUN LEANE
Shaun Leane began his journey into the world of fine jewellery at the age of just fifteen. As an apprentice in the craft, he began learning the traditional techniques and set a standard of perfection for every piece he has created since. The British jewellery designer then went on to cut his teeth in Hatton Garden, London, where he honed his skills in everything from goldsmithing to diamonds and tiaras. Shaun Leane’s design first hit the runway in 1992, but his craftsmanship and talent really began to be recognised in 1994, when he and the late and great Alexander McQueen forged a partnership that would span both of their careers.
